Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, all returned products must be in the same condition in which you received them. We do not accept exchanges for products that have been used, worn, washed, or otherwise damaged. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

How do I process a return or exchange?

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that a $5 return shipping fee will be applied to all return orders and deducted from your refund (for USA orders only). For international orders, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you currently have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
